I’m Kristel Rodriguez—a New Yorker, a traveler to 59 countries, and a producer with 15+ years in the live events world. From global conferences to neighborhood pop-ups, I’ve done it all—but my favorite projects are the ones that celebrate identity, joy, and togetherness.

I started Kurated because I saw a gap: not enough events reflected the real, rich, diverse stories of the people attending them. So I set out to change that—curating experiences that are intentionally inclusive, deeply meaningful, and impossible to forget.

My process is personal: I lead with storytelling, I honor culture, and I sweat the details. Whether I’m producing a corporate Pride activation, planning a 22-person trip to Mexico, or curating a vendor marketplace in Harlem, I bring the same intention: joy, connection, and a touch of magic.
